Jaundice tales

So most babies get jaundice, especially babies born at high altitudes, babies that are breastfed, and babies with a different R factor than their mothers. So, it is no surprise that Baby B developed it, since she has all 3 of these going for her. Her bilirubin was 7.8 on Wednesday, but had skyrocketed to 18 by Friday, so she got to use a biliblanket over the weekend, and boy did she not like it, either did the rest of us for that matter ( nothing like putting a 4 foot tether on a newborn). But thankfully, by Sunday it had come down to 14, and the biliblanket is being returned tomorrow.
